Extra Information:

QUALITY PROTEIN

We use New Zealand lamb as our most plentiful ingredient because it is a delicious, digestible alternative protein source. Our lamb is free from artificial hormones. Lamb is also a great alternative for dogs that need a high quality protein source but may be allergic or simply intolerant of other commonly used protein sources.

DIGESTIVE HEALTH

We use wholesome grains like oatmeal as a source of fiber, rather than grain by-products. Prebiotics from chicory root extract help support overall intestinal health. In addition, another fiber source, rice bran, has been shown to be beneficial in nourishing certain cells in the gastrointestinal tract.

HEALTHY SKIN & COAT

Our special blend of omega fatty acids comes from flaxseed, canola oil and salmon meal. Omega 3 & 6 play a vital role in helping prevent dull, dry coat and hair loss.

ANTIOXIDANT SUPPORT

Our unique blend of fruits and vegetables represents a full rainbow of powerful antioxidants. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals that cause cell damage and disease.

HEALTHY HIPS & JOINTS

As a preventative step, we add glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate to our formula to help maintain and replenish joint cartilage.

Wellness Super5Mix Lamb Dry Dog Food was a "Top Approved Dry Dog Food" in the "Whole Dog Journal" 2006 dry dog food report.
