We also ship across the country via UPS.
It may take approximately 24-48 hours to process an order before it is shipped by the Shipping Method chosen.
When we receive a high volume of orders, there may be approximately 1- 5 additional days to process an order.
At this time we do not provide expedited service.
All shipping is provided via UPS. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase. We require a signature for all deliveries. (You cannot Waive Signature Delivery.) We cannot deliver to P.O Boxes; the delivery address must be a street address. Orders to P.O. Boxes will be cancelled.
In the event that a shipping address is not included with an order, the order will be shipped to the billing address.
At the present time, we are only shipping to the United States (50 states). For International Shipping, please see International Shoppers section below. Please reference the rate chart below for the cost and the type of Shipping Method.
You can choose Ground:
(UPS usually delivers within 5-7 business days.)
You can choose Express:
(UPS usually delivers within 2-3 business days.)
Or, you can choose Overnight:
(UPS usually delivers within 1 business day.)
Please note that it may be longer for UPS to make a delivery; we cannot control the package once it leaves Paw Boutique.
UPS does not deliver on the weekend or federal holidays.
UPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package, and on the third attempt the package is returned to Paw Boutique.
In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive a Web Credit for the returned goods.
Free Shipping for a Limited Time Offers:
Free Shipping for a Limited Time, on specific items, is the Ground Method of Shipping.
The shipping cost will be included on the order, when it is placed.
On the day that the order is processed and being shipped, the shipping cost will be removed and a charge will be made for the items being shipped.
*For Exchanges, you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Paw Boutique.

Shipping a Gift:
We can ship your purchase as a gift to another party.
Unfortunately, gift cards are not available at this time.
Gift certificates can be purchased online in various denominations from $25.00 - $1,000.00
You can buy multiples of each denomination.
Cancellation of Orders and Out of Stock Items:
You may only cancel your order via telephone, or fax, up to the time the order is shipped.
You cannot cancel your order via email.
If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You can only return the order for a Web Credit. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from Pawboutique.
Pawboutique n may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item is out of stock and no longer available.
You will receive an email if your complete order is cancelled because the item or items are out of stock.
In the event that part of your order is out of stock, Pawboutique will remove the out of stock items from your order, and will ship the items on your order that are in stock.
You will not be charged for the removed items.
If the out of stock items are still desired, please keep checking our website for the availability of the items that you want, so that you can reorder them.
Simply e-mail us: CustomerService@pawboutiqueonline.com. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and special instructions for returning the product(s) to us. Your account will be credited upon return of the goods.
Your form of payment will be credited in 3-5 business days of merchandise receipt and you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 10 business days for your account balance to reflect the refund. This timeframe varies by bank. Returns received more than one year after the order date will be refunded in the form of an Online Gift Certificate, valid on email@example.com . Personalized products cannot be returned.
If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by firstname.lastname@example.org , or a damaged or defective product, we will refund merchandise and shipping charges to your original form of payment. We will reimburse shipping charges incurred to return incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise to email@example.com , not to exceed the published Ups Ground rate for the weight of the package.
If returning merchandise for any other reason, you are required to pay all shipping charges to and from pawboutiqueonline.com

Please include the Return/Exchange Form, completely filled out with your order number, the date the order was delivered to you by UPS, billing and shipping contact information, quantity number of each item being returned, item name, type option (size), single item price, total price of returned items, and a brief description of what the problem is with the merchandise.
For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as FedEx or UPS (be sure to retain your tracking receipt for future reference). pawboutique is not responsible for lost shipments.

Tracking Your Order:
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your shipment. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers. You can also keep track of your order and shipping information online.

USPS Package Delivery Confirmation
Using your USPS shipment tracking number, you can confirm package delivery by visiting the USPS web site. Please note that USPS does not track the progress of your shipment, just delivery confirmation.
Please note that some circumstances may affect delivery of your order, such as weather conditions, whether your shipping address is a house or an apartment and whether deliveries can be left outdoors. FedEx, UPS or USPS policies for your area may dictate that your package be held at a local office until you pick it up in person. Call your local FedEx, UPS or post office directly for the delivery policy for your area.
